Is there a bolt-in roll cage for an FC that is safe to install in a daily driver?

I'm buying an FC with an Autopower roll cage already installed. The previous owner used the car for track days so I guess whenever he drove it he had a helmet on. Just looking at the pics it seems like it wouldn't be a safe setup for a daily driver. Is there another bolt-in roll cage that is safe to install in a daily driver? I'm going to be taking the car everywhere so I won't be able to use a helmet.

well unless you are trying to drive while laying down your head should not be near this cage.

Wrap every part of the bar that you could possibly have contact with, with SFI foam.

It doesn't look all that close. With those seats, it looks like he's got a good support behind his head so it can't make contact (or even get near) the rollbar.

Regardless, I'd put some padding or something on it just to get rid of the crappy baby blue color.

forget to mention that those seats aren't going to be included. I'm getting stock seats instead, so I'm guessing that will leave even less material to support the back of my head.

89 GTU. The previous owner removed the sunroof.

technically thats not a roll 'cage', its a roll bar, and it will be fine.

The GXL seats I use have about the same head rest height. It's adjustable so not as sturdy, but probably still ok for that application.
