Is there any danger to...
...jumping a car that potentially doesn't run? The reason I say this is because my FC's battery is dead, but I do not know the current state of the rest of the car.

I wouldn't think there would be, but it may just be easier to get a free battery charge from autozone to eliminate question to whether it's not starting because the battery doesn't have enough charge when jumping it or something else is wrong.

Use a battery charger. Jumping can be dangerous in all cases, but more so if there are possibly hidden electrical faults, or the battery you are jumping is damaged.
