Why would you need one if you don't want to move it?

There are manifolds available in Australia to remount the stock turbo much further forward and higher. This is so you can fit 13BT's to earlier RHD RX's, which have smaller engine bays and turbo vs. steering column issues.

I just figured that there had to be something that flowed better than the stock one, and that would also give the possiblity of putting an external wastegate (well easier ) on there so i didnt have to use the stock one. Just wondering though

Have you considered the option of hybrid turbo with a T04 compressor? Thats what I'm thinking of doing... (of course with an S5 setup)

To mount the turbo exactly where it was before, a tubular manifold would need to have very short tight bends, so they'd probably be very little gain for all the work and cost.
