Thanks for the Help, Here are more ?'s
I followed lots of posts that told me how to do the ATF trick this weekend, and it paid off. I guess my car was flooded too much and it made it lose compression. My last option was to do the ATF trick, and it worked. I ended up following the complex unflooding procedure at this website: http://2ndgenrx7.freeservers.com/rp_unflood.html
I haven't noticed any power gains, but my car is back to its normal running self.
Now to my questions. First, I would like to know how to wire up the fuel cut switch. I used the wires that come out of the fuel pump hatch and cut the red one first. I installed a switch and it didn't shut off the gas. Then I did the same thing on the blue wire, and it didn't work either. WHICH wire am I supposed to use??? There are only 2 left, but I dont' want to try both of them.
Has anyone taken out their air conditioner? I read that you have to have a service pro depressurize the system before you can unhook any of the fittings. Is this true??? My goal is to take the whole A/C system out of the car since it doesn't work anyway. By doing this, I can free up some power and some room in my engine.
Thanks for the Answers and TIA for more answers
