test fit the turbo, and somethings wrong...

i dont think i made the manifold spacer long enough. the turbo hits where the BAC was, by like 2mm . im pissed. im going to have to like, double up on manifold to turbo gaskets, or jsut like, cut a thick one out of copper. grrrr. oh, i got my fuel pump in 2 minutes ago, all the rusty screws came out with just a hammer and screwdriver, sept 2. has to drill those. cool.

what is hitting? the cold side compressor housing? if that is what is hitting you can loosen the mounting bolts and twist the housing for more clearance.

I think you mean it's hitting the ACV, which they tend to do, even with a spacer. You can't use 3 bolts in the ACV block-off, or if you do it has to have an awful small head, plus you might have to grind a corner of the ACV block-off plate down, or grind away some of the metal that's hitting it on the turbo.
