does excellent mean nice glossy paint, no dents bigger than dings, never been in an accident, no rust on a straight body, clean and unworn interior, not leaking fluids, strong pulling engine and a clear title? if so and he's asking $2700 i'd buy it (if i was car shopping). i would even pay more...like i did with my GTU, though mine had 35k fewer miles on it.

Actually 95k miles says NOTHING about the engine. Get a compression check stat...IF it was a miata then I would say go for it but mileage doesent seem to be an indicator for future long life on a rotory. It does mean that the body has less miles on it and that the paint still has life in it as well as interior , drivetrain exc but not the main concern ( engine ) get it checked.

When you pull the vin for a lean search, it should say what model it is.

i believe 91 only had:

Coupe
Vert
TII

This debate came up locally a while back and this is what we came up with.

Then there is this:
http://beyondtheredline.fd3s.net/1991.html

Get a compression test, if it comes up good and its nice i say go for it

Good luck, have fun
