Whats a tension rod?

 

there are 18 of them. Thats what keeps the whole motor together

 

How does a tension rod come into play when u take drifting into consideration..

Are you talking about a sway bar?

 

Torsion bar?

 

There is only one pair of "tension rod" in the FC, and it's in the rear.
Is it not the typical tension rods most people talk about as used in Nissan S13/S14 and Toyota AE86.  So basically, you don't have them, so don't worry about them.
