temperature-racing question?
I want to go to the local track which is a 2.2 mile roadcourse with a .5 mile straight. how likely is it that my car will overheat overly fast in 100 degree temps? here is a vid of the track http://videos.streetfire.net/video/8...7D4BA63C76.htm
I want to rent the track one day and setup my shocks some, and have some fun and get more aquainted with how my car acts. But i dont want to shell out the money to find out my car will just overheat within a lap.
NA with headers and straight exhuast to mufflers
filter
airpump removed, no AC(but the thing in front of the radiator is still there) no PS
stock radiator, recently flushed a few times and refilled
radiator panel (thing between bumper and fan shroud)
so how fast do our cars heat up in 100 degree temps?

People race RX7's all the time. ITS class in SCCA Club Racing. and i think some of them are still using the stock radiator. the only thing hurting you is the A/C core in front of the radiator.
