Temperature gauge sensor

I was fiddling around with some of the extra wires on my Rx7 under the engine bay while I was replacing the water sensor switch (the one under the alternator that feeds the EFI signal) and I think I may have accidently pulled the temperature gauge out as over the last 2 days this has not worked.

Can anyone please tell me where the temperature gauge sender is located, and how many wires it has?

From my manual it seems to be only one wire, but I can't find where it is (it doesn't say)

Thanks

It's underneath the oil filter. The big round thing is the oil pressure sensor. The little one underneath is the temp sensor.

Thanks for that

That is where I accidently pulled the wire from. It does need to be recrimped so I'll do that as well (the connection was damaged). It's just hard to find under all that stuff
