tell me what u think

well i have a 88 rx7 vert..

what i want ur guys opinion is ..i dont race..dont street race..i dont auto cross cuz i live out in the boon docks..although the guy i bought the car from has it set up for auto cross..

my opinion on what i want do with the car is...get some sportmax 002 wheels..catback exhaust..new shifter...new steering wheel...fix the top.....new seats....thats about it..everything is stock on my car..i do have rims.. slotted and drilled rotors..and strut bar...the car is plenty quick enough to get me in and out of traffic and is fun to drive.. i was jw if u guys this thing anything is wrong with how i want to do my car...i wanted to get headers and full exhaust but when i think bout it its pretty much pointless cuz i would never use the extra hp.. just wanted to kinda get ur guys opinion ..thanks

(also if i get 15" sportmax 002..what offest should i get.. like 15x8? ) i have stock suspension..

The car appears to already have an aftermarket exhaust.

In that case, a catback really isn't going to do much good unless your current catback is in poor condition.

If performance isnt your bag, then turn the other direction.
Do you like the aggressive dark wheels??
Do you like the current size of your wheels??
Is the car low enough for you??
Do you like tint??
Mabie audio/visual 4 interior??
Do you like the way the stock vert body looks??
Bodykit??
Headlamps cool??
all that good stuff bro, just sit back and visualize

sometimes looking a features on your favorite sportscar then seeing if you can regenerate the same effects on your ride?

Good Luck, and post your updates! Later,
-Dustin

very true...im always on here looking at other peoples fcs and alot of seem quick and im sure alot of them r..and then i read bout there cars and they drift..race..track..and if u do that then yea ur car should be fast w/e..but like for me..id love to have a fast care but in reality i would never use a fast car..i pretty much live in the middle of no where..so i mean why waste the money on making a car fast if i would never use it..so i think im just gunna do some visual stuff....just make me more my style i guess..just kinda make it good on weaving in and out of traffic and more visual and try to make it a relaible every day car..i guess i was tryin to see if there was anything wrong and not making the car fast

buy the Racing Beat exhaust it has the air tube on the pre-silencer (unless u go road race then on the header) and it will open your ports for you no problem,...
