tein springs and tokico 5way adjust?

i just installed the following parts

tein s-tech springs
tokico 5 way adjustable shocks

now im wondering whats settings people have had the best results with

car - 87 turbo2 15" bbs wheels with 225\45\15

conditions - daily driven \parking lot fun and amateur racing at strip and autox

right now i have it set like so- front 2 rear 4 and those are 1-5 settings im guessing 1 being softest and 5 being hardest

I have this exact same combo on my SRT4.
The shocks are great but the springs are trash (ride wayyy too rough - there are other options that sit just as low that ride much nicer, ie hotchkis)

They might be different for the rx7 but when it comes time to replace the suspension on my 87 se, I'm definately looking for anything other than tein s tech.

Too rough....I think they're soft? Well you got to figure that was on an srt4 not an rx7 so things will be completely different. On an FC the s-techs are pretty soft and not that great. I wish I jus shelled out the money for coilovers. I take my car out quite a bit and am not satisfied with the s-techs, they are no good for hard driving but good jus for looks.
