TB question

how can I tell if my secondary throttle plate(s)? are opening? When I move the throttle wide open by hand there is one part that doesn't open all the way unless I help it... is this normal?

I've got some strange high-rpm power issues (the car just doesn't pull like it should, sometimes, but not always) and I'm trying to figure them out...

Take off the elbow that goes to the IC and watch what happends when you simulate the throttle moving. I did this before I did the TB mod (..and look where that got me...) and I could see how the mechanism worked.
