Talking tb mod !!! lol

a friend of mine did not want to take his tb off to do the tb mod so he just took the outside throttle plates off and left the rod that holds them lol will that be a **** up in the long run or is it the lazy / redneck way to do it? haha i laughed when i saw it

also i have seen a tb that has been slightly ported before with like a dremel tool is that a safe or reliable mod? meaning will it cause computer problems of any sort?

yes but how about the just taking the throttle plates out and nothing else? bad? cause probs?

It'll be fine if you do it that way, just as long as there is no intake leak it'll be cool. If he takes that rod out it'll flow just that much better though.
