I was doing some checks on the TB (S4) via the FSM and noticed that the double throttle diaphragm is not doing anything. The FSM says that when vacuum is applied the secondary throttle valve should close. When I put vacuum to it, it's like sucking through a straw with a big hole in it, and the secondaries don't move. Anyway, how critical is it that this works?
