A Tale of Two Rotors

Would you use these in a rebuild? They have obvious damage but I'm not sure if the damage would affect performance. Other than this damage rotors are within spec. S4 T2 rotors.

Those rotors are paper weights. I would not use them. The side seal groove is likely pinched on the one and the other probably has a pinched apex seal slot. The damage will also create hot spots and allow for detonation.

Scrap the rotors and get new ones.

I would not use those rotors except to make a clock, or a lamp, or as book ends or a pen holder.
