taking out a turbo 2 motor

well i am taking out the 87 t2 motor sunday. i spun the e shaft and it moved freely with noticeable compression. i also checked the turbo and it spun real nicely. i have a na body that i am going to throw it in or find a t2 chassis so i dont have to make a drive shaft for the t2 to the rear end since the car i am taking out of has the rear end gone. i am pretty new at swaps. but was wondering what i should do to the motor while it is out of the car. like blocking off stuff. etc. also i was wondering on putting the t2 stuff on my na motor. but is is straight bolt on. no one will answer my question. i mean i strip mine down to bare block with every t2 part bolt straight up with no rewiring except putting the old t2 wireing in there and etc.
