taking out the fuel injectors

Hey guys, Im just wondering how easy this is on my 88NA, I plan on taking them out today or tommrow so i can go get them cleaned (and change my fuel filter) since i've done just about everything else I can do and im still getting like 12 mpg, i've narrowed it down to these two things. Im leaving to my shop right now to check my haynes manual, but if you guys have any tips or if its a PITA let me know. Thanks.

If you are getting your injectors cleaned and flowtested, I recommend www.cruzinperformance.com

They will do it for $16 an injector plus shipping (actual cost). I just had mine done and I was very impressed with the work and the results.
