Taillights: What do you think? (Pics)

The current bid is about $25. I'm thinkin about throwin out a bid on them. I can't decide if they're gay or cool and unique.

Take out the diffusers in your taillights. Toss them in the oven, pry it open, and take them out. Re-seal. You'll get what you posted the second time.

Uh... who are you trying to kid? we can do that ourselves with S5 taillights. there was a thread on a DIY... but if youre going to sell a pair of good condition S5 taillights for 100... id buy one. i think your LED taillights would look cleaner with Red lense.

i like LEDs, but i dont like the clear -- at all.
the second set is, yea, just modified, but for $100? hell, sure. most people make at least $150 for stock ones. take the modded (second) ones and run LEDs. that is my theory for the best.
clear - not attractive (ESPECIALLY when on the car) and, oh, obviously illegal.
modded - yes, please, look at my cheap 1980s style bulb. yes, my car is pre-LEDs and i want to show that aspect off. old school! (sarcasm )

The cheapest I've been able to find the LED ones for was like $300. Im not spending $300 on tailights. I guess I'll stick with stock S5's i got on their now.

If they are not DOT approved, they are ilegal. If you are involved in an accident where you are rear-ended, it's likely your insurance will say "Tough ****" and cancel your coverage.

Defusers in s4 taillights?

Does anyone know if s4 taillights have defusers in them? And if so can you take them out so the taillights look clear like them s5s? Pm me back please. Thanks
