Ok, I can't figure out why my tail lights, and my instrument cluster are not working now, I replaced the dimmer relay and the headlight relay in my car and now I'm out of ideas. Anyone have any suggestions? The car is an `88 Turbo II

 

It's the headlight switch. That's a classic failure symptom of the headlight switch - no dash lights and no running lights.
