T2 with weird rad cap by overflow

I haven't seen anyone with my 2nd s4 rad cap .... When I go koyo, I should be able to remove that yes? Might just keep the cap, because it trips alot of people out, including myself. Pretty sure its not supposed to be there, just wanna know if anyone else has one?

Talk about baller cellphone pics eh! The funny thing about this pic is, I was facing the car not away from the car with the cell. Ah well, probly held it backwards accidently I dunno. I know pine needles in the engine bay ... Car lives under a pine tree over the winter.

What's underneath that thing? Does it even connect to your coolant system (not just the overflow tank)? If you have the radiator cap on the filler neck, you can just get rid of it now.

Koyos do come w/ a place for a second cap, but it's unnecessary. I cut mine off and welded a cover over it.

It goes from the neck into the hose. I've taken it off once before just to see what happens and the coolant flows out like crazy with cold engine.
