Question is worded weird. But yes you can use the t2 manifold, you just have to have the ability to port match it to the block. Just the lim and the bottom of the uim need to be ported.

ummmm, noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
you're going to put a 4 port manifold on a 6 port engine. let's do the math really quick.
now on to the next part of your question: 450hp? maybe on a 20B-NA with insane PP. I don't see it happening on a 13B. But then again, anything is possible if you throw enough money at it.

Actually it does just "bolt right in". The only difference is that if you don't port it then the 5/6 ports don't get any air. Maybe you should check most of the turbo'd n/a's, thats what they do. I am in the process right now. Aaron cake's website has an excellent write-up on turboing an n/a.

The TII manifolds bolt right to the NA block after you port match the lower intake. Just lay the NA intake gasket over the TII lower intake flange and you'll immediately see what needs to be done. Fill empty space with method of your choice (epoxy, lead, TIG and aluminum filler, etc.) and then port to match.
There's this thing called "Google"....
