VA T2 takes a few cranks to start!

I am not sure what it is but when ever I push the clutch in and crank it all I hear is a click. I do this for 2-.....15 times...random number . After a while it will just crank over link nothing was wrong. I do not think that it is a starter problem because it has been replace 3 times why the previous owner and I have the reciept to prove it.

So this is where I sit. Any ideas would be greatly appriciated.

Bat connections on the starter? Get starter tested, ensure your battery/alternator is good. Your keyswitch may be acting up too. Also make sure your wire on the starter that plugs into the starter is good.

Battery Connections,Starter connections and the ground to the Engine(harness wire that goes to the Engine block, uses the longest bolt on the starter at the top).also could be a bad Ignition switch..(alot of Guys like using a KEY RING,with about 20 Freakin Keys on it!..it wears out the Igntion Switch, because it Creates Extra weight on the key..think about it,you know it makes sense!).

If you hear a click, then the starter relay is getting juice, so your switch is good. I say check all major grounds and connections at the starter.
