t2 swap smog

t2 swap smog

Could someone from california who has done the swap tell me if they had to consult with a ref for the smog, did they have any problems, was it a pain to get it smogged?
post the results.

dont hold me to this but i was told a while back that if the engine was offered in the car then its not necissary to see the ref.... for example swapping a TII engine into an N/a. please someone correct me if i am wrong though. -mike

i think in theory in should see the ref,

but in reality the na and the t2 have the same smog equipment, and the somg guys rarely know what to look for, so they prolly wont notice anyways
