T2 provides me with another OBSTACLE
Alright guys I jumped back on working on the T2 today and the engine is mid air....its fully out. Alright here is the thing....previously I was trying to pull the engine and leave the engine harness in the car but that aint goin work b/c part of the harness goes underneath the throttlebody and to the injectors and I would basically have to tear down the engine to leave the harness in there. I disconnected the yellow plugs from my ECU and the plugs are disconnected from alternator, pressure sensor, FCD, and etc. How do i get the engine harness thru that hole in the firewall. When I pull it, it is tight and I dont want to damage anything. It looks like so much damn wiring but I see that alot of it is the dash harness, but I just need to feed the remaining harness thru the firewall and I can roll then engine up to my garage and began the teardown. Someone please help me again...Im stuck. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Update...I got them guys and I pulled the whole engine out. I have removed the turbo unit, water pump, exhaust manifold and only things left are the UIM and LIM, but thanks for all the help.

Well the uim and lim are cake if the engine is outa the car. Are you rebuilding the engine?? if so you still ahve the injectors, fuel rails, fpr,fpd to pull under the manifolds. Good luck

Yeah I am rebuilding the engine...it only had 39,000 miles on it when it went. Yeah I know I have a few small accessories under the UIM but I was just naming large external parts of the engine that I had removed. Thanks for the help and I will keep everyone updated. Thanks
