With some modification, yes, the TII intake will fit on the NA. This has been covered about 5 million times this month already.
All the sensors except the AFM and pressure sensor are the same for both turbo and NA.
Why would you want to do this anyway?

on top of that you'd have to use the tII uim and throttle body and then either route a pipe around the engine bay to connect the afm or rewire the afm to fit on the drivers side of the bay (or near the throttle body)

OR! you could use the stock intercooler to cool your air! Intercooled n/a!

Wow James I havn't seen you around for some time how you been?
Umm this idea has no ups IMO it will destroy the DEI effect the intake and port timing is tuned for. So what is the reason? The TB's are the same and they are hardly a restriction.
