t2 housings and NA housings

hwats the diffrence..I've heard ppl use na housings in there t2;s all they do is switch the exhuast sleaves ,but can a na run without a exhuast sleave?

The difference is 3 things as I remember.

1- Exhaust sleves
2- Water passageway for turbo
3- EGR stuffs

Yes people use TII sleves in the NA housings and NA motors.
