T2 250-whp... is this okay?

Hey guys, my friend and i are going to build a t2 and aiming for 250 or more whp safely. i've read many post around here, which lead me to some purchases. but I want to see if anyone can confirm im moving down the right road.

now we purchased a few parts, and only thing might be a problem was the exhaust we got, its a borla cat back.. piping may be too small, but we have a 3 in jic spartan just incase....

we got...
afc neo
boost controller
wide band
fcd
3in dp
borla cat back (noise was a concern...)
fmic kit
whinebro 255 fuel pump
jdm s5 t2

we are looking to keep stock turbo.
that is also why i didnt opt for bigger injectors yet.

another question is can this setup run anywhere near 300 whp? or must i upgrade the turbo/port.

i also might be doing all the manifold port matching, and porting the wastegate? iirc?? <- big maybe on this one. we are working on a short budget, and time frame.

aside from this stuff we are also doing chassis suspension upgrades.

thanks for any advice.

if it's an s4 tii then I would get an rtek chip and through some 720cc secondaries in there as well. Go to www.pocketlogger.com and see what the rtek does. also you will want something like a bnr stage 2,3 or 4 hybrid turbo to shoot for the 300+rwhp mark. You can find those direct bolt up turbos at www.bnrsupercars.com.

edit: oops bnrsupercars website is down right now but if you do a search you can find his contact info pretty easily.

yea its a s5, thats also partial to the reason why i opt for afc neo it fits the budget much better than anything else. although its limited our goal is 250whp, but we just looking to see how far we are from 300.. lol

Stock 4x550's are not going to support anything over 240 at the wheels safely.
You'll need larger fuel injectors.

The stock turbo also cannot support anything over 250 without getting into 15+ psi of boost, which isn't reliable in my experience.

If you want 300, you need an upgrade turbo, period.
Hybrids make this simple.

port turbo wastegate, and i wouldnt bother with boost cotnroler just yet. i would go with 720 injector in secondaries also, better too have more thenless in the fuel department. also an intake will help.
