I have a quick question. If I put two twelve inch subs in my trunk (against the jack compartment) how likely do you think it is that somone will SMASH my rear window and take 'em out? The amplifier woul be hidden in the compartments behind the seats. I have an '86 NA. I live in CT.

Very likely. Like I always tell my girlfriend, never leave anything valuable in plain view in your car, and never play your music loud around your neighborhood. You'll definately be doing one of those and you'll be tempted to do the other. At least put it under the cargo cover.

Get a 89-91 cargo cover. They still sell them at the dealerships if i can recall, but you can find them cheaper at junkyards. Then people cannot see into your trunk
