switching low to high impedance

ok ive searched and found that you either need to buy 10k ohm 10watt resistors from radioshack or use the resistor pack found in other models. well ive got the resistor pack just like some more info on the acutally steps in wiring?

NOT 10K. 10 ohm. If you use 10K resistors, the injectors won't even fire.

Resistor pack is a pain. Much easier to just wire resistors inline, but it's not as pretty. Unless your car is already set up for the resistor pack, then it takes some significant rewiring.

ok so its 10ohm 10watt. well if its just trying to see the resistance of the injector itself. could you put the resistor inline at the wire near the injector (solder then heat shrink) inline. or is it easier at the ecu?
