Why don't you give us more info?

How much money are you willing to spend?

Are you bored with the BBS wheels that are stock on the car?

Why are you changing the suspension?

Is this for a daily driver?

Do you want a stiffer suspension?  Or do you want just a stock replacement?

Do you want ultimate dry traction from your tires?  What about wet traction?  How much mileage do you want from your tires?

Well if you want something fairly cheap, a set of Racing Beat drop springs and KYB AGX adjustable struts. This way you can change your struts according to what you're doing, eg. AutoX, Drag, Drift, etc. If money is not of much concern, then a set of TEIN TYPE FLEX would get the job done nicely. You'll get an agressive look, with a streetable ride. Also if you decide to get the TEIN TYPE FLEX you can buy the EDFC (Electronic Damping Force Control) which will allow you to change the damping force at the touch of a button while in the driver's seat.

I m willing to spend a pretty penny on changing the suspension up. I'm not sure whether i want a stock replacement or a stiffer suspension. I would like it stiffer but the car is plenty harsh for the roads around here. So i really would like to keep the same ride quality i have now.
This car is a daily driver, i don't really go to the track much or drag race. But i do drive it hard and take my corners on two wheels.
I m kinda tired of the BBS wheels but not really i just want either more rubber on those wheels or a different tire setup of some type what do you recomend?

I m not sure exactly what i want or need, and also i need brakes.

Eibach offers their Pro-Kit springs that are comfort designed.  Eibach does not recommend using them for convertibles, so be aware when you try and ask for them.  They do fit with very little fuss.  Right now, Racing Beat is the only vendor that offers aftermarket springs for the convertible; they are a little stiffer to compensate for the heavier weight of the convertible chassis.

I would recommend a non-adjustable shock for your needs.  Tokico offers an excellent shock for the money.  You can get a set of Tokico non-adjustables for your convertible for under $300 a set of four.  These are probably the best for the money for non-adjustable aftermarket shocks for the FC3S.

Adjustable shocks cost a little bit more, but I think it would be overkill.  KYB makes an excellent adjustable called their AGX line, and pricing starts at about $400 for all four shocks.

From my experience, wheel design is subjective.  Check out http://www.tirerack.com/ for some wheel designs and pick something that would appeal to you.  Tire Rack can also help you with tire choices, and it's cheaper to order both the wheels and tires from them, if you find a wheel design you like.  They can help you with tire and wheel fitments for your needs.

Get Brembo replacement rotors from numerous vendors; they are reasonable priced.  As for brake pads, Axxis/MetalMasters are a good aftermarket choice.  If you need something a little more aggressive, there is the Hawk HPS or Porterfield R4S.  Stock brakes are typically fine for most street applications.
