suspension question:: tanabe GF210 vs RSR race

well I am going to be buying springs soon
from what I have read the rsr race are alot more stiff than the tanabe.
and tanabe= like 1.5" drop and RSR = 1"
please correct me if I am wrong!
well I am in the market for a stiff spring but I want it to be lowered also.
I know the tanabe will lower it more wich I want, but I also want them to be pretty stiff.

does anyone have comparisson?
how stiff are the tanabe?

pics. of both on a car would be sweet too.

Just don't forget you want to match the spring rate to your struts/shocks otherwise you'll just wear stuff out quicker.
