What's your application? If your just starting out in autoX or just want a little more fun on the road, that'll be fine. If you plan on getting a little more serious, you may wanna get the Tokico 5 way Illuminas and save yourself the trouble of having to upgrade later.

Racing Beat makes good, quality, affordable stuff. You can never go wrong with any of their products. I say grab 'em!

if you're just starting to auto-x then just stick with the regular tokico's. i used the Eibach pro kit springs, and they were a little too stiff for the street. Personally i loved the RB springs. you really won't need the Illumina's until much furhter down the road. save the money and go to a driving school or something. That wold pay off a lot more.
