best you can do is buy an exhaust and an intake. if you want faster than that you wanna buy a turbo or just sell it and start with a Turbo II or buy an FD.

The 13B-REW (FD engine) is nearly impossible to put in an FC. Just about everything is in the wrong place and requires tons of fabrication. It is actually easier to just swap in a 20B or 13B-RE. Basically, all of them require a lot of money and work. Stick with keeping it N/A for a while and get a new exhaust and intake.
As for swapping the suspention, why? Just do a coilover conversion kit (ground control has a nice one) and put in some aftermarket springs and struts. You could also do a 5-lug conversion and get the ventilated brakes from a sport/turbo.

I think you should go to school and finish up your degree before tackling such projects.
