CA suspension clicking/popping

recently, i have noticed that driving around, my front suspension will make a pretty loud clicking/popping sound, but only when i turn right, and sometimes when going straight. i have replaced every single bushing in the car, with the exception of the rack bushings (probably need to do them).
anyways, here is whats on the car

drop engineering subframe bushings (delrin)
drop engineering differential bushings (delrin)
drop engineering front control arm bushings (delrin)
racing beat dtss elim bushings
delrin motor mounts
poly urethane trans mounts
infini IV strut bar
mazdatrix camber bar
zeal function-xs coilovers 8k/6k
mazdatrix sway bar end links (heim joint type)
front and rear hubs: new bearings, arp studs
modified knuckles
s4 lower control arms w/new ball joints
mazdatrix bump steer outer tie rods (heim joint type)

all parts have about 5k miles on them, give or take, all street driven with some track/touge
any suggestions?

Tighten up the bolts that attach the shock to the spindle assembly.(the 2-17mm bolts)
I bet ya that is it.Check that area for play.

i checked everything is a pry bar, as i would do when checking for worn bushings, everything is tight. i took off the tie rod and sway bar end links, inspected them, the end links are pretty sloppy, might be the problem. the sound has gone away temporarily...

Reason why race cars make terrible street cars. Unless your body is constructed out of like materials lol. I did just poly lca's on my old car and was amazed how much feel they transmitted. With that list im sure your car feels great. If everything's tight..... turn up the radio?

If it went away when you took your sway bar links off there is your problem. I am a front end guy and that normally the noise. Make sure everything is tight as well.

Stock rubber bushings flex and are silent.

Your solid bushings have to slide and turn to work. They can squeak and pop when lubrication dries up, temperature changes, or they just feel like it. They can be loud out of the box. Shutting them up is essentially black magic.

You'll have to systematically troubleshoot it yourself because nobody shares your exact setup.

after re-reading that, im thinking that the heim joints are what are popping, because the sound came back a little today. i think im gunna replace the heim joints with nicer ones, and see if that isnt the issue, its not an expensive fix luckily
