I noticed a big difference in understeer once I installed a strut tower brace (front) on my FC. The car felt a bit tighter. I would suggest installing one for the rear as well, to make both the front and rear equally as stiff, which shouldn't throw off the handling characteristics of the car.

Also, and it's been suggested to me, a lot of people just look for either TII or Vert sway bars. I'm not sure which, hopefully someone will throw in more information.
I'm leaning toward the 'Vert, though.

One brace that's very overlooked is the lower arm brace for the front suspension. You can make one yourself. I made my own this summer and made a writeup here on the forum. I know from my aluminum prototype that it is funtional and is needed. The aluminum piece came off the car with about a 10-20 degree bend in the middle of it from the chassis flexing under braking and cornering loads. No joke. I'll post pictures of it one day when I get around to taking some. The strut tower braces are somewhat functional, but they won't make the car handle like a race car or anything like that.
