when my car is cold it doesn't want to accelerate, just cuts out and backfires. also when the pedal is fully depressed it has a big hiccup as the secondary throttles open up. it will do this even after the temperature gauge is reading normal operating temps. also the car surges when cruising if i apply 25% throttle like ___-------____-------_____--------

the car idles great and smooth at 900rpm, and with the accelerator fully depressed it accelerates fine.

car has Rtek 1.5 and walbro 255lph, gutted DP with apexi catback. otherwise everything is stock 88 T2. i dont think the problem was around before the fuel pump install..could this be from the increased pressure?

 

also i tried adjusting and even replacing my tps. i dont have a narrow or wideband to tell if theres too much or too little fuel during these situations
