Wink surging

my 87 NA has been sitting for a year and i started it the other day and the Idle keeps surging. Theres new gas in it. I think it might be the O2 sensore. Any ideas

Try adjusting the BAC valve and looking for vacuum leaks. Vacuume leaks are hard to find. Usually that means that a hose may be cracked or disconnected, or one of the manifold gaskets has gone bad, or the intake pipe has cracked. Basically you need to inspect all of the intake plumbing and ensure that everything is in proper order.
