Question Supercharger+turbocharger

Hey all.
I was wondering if someone does this before on a rotary.
There is this thread that Ive been contributing a lil bit too, but its in the 3rd gen section and to me it seems that you fc guys are a bit more inventive and stuff, so have a look, tell me what you think, opinions, things youve seen, things that would work, things that wouldnt, etc.

https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...threadid=73164

Thanks guys!

why wouldnt it fit under the hood?
p/s, a/c removed, electric fan, battery relocation, stock air box removal... we have a 1.3L and you can easily fit a 5.7L in our engine bay, why wouldnt it fit?

It’s been done before (I’ve seen a few Aussie cars done, and some manufacturers even tried it!) but the results rarely justify the complexity and cost. Yes it works, it’s just not worth the hassle. It you want quicker boost for more low-down torque, twin turbos would be easier.

Methinks that the 2nd gen crowd is 'more inventive' because we're broke.

After all, the Airpump Supercharger and the Belt-Driven Turbocharger came from here.

Heh.
