Question sunroof removal

hey guys i would like to know if any can tell me how to remove the sunroof from the track. its all already out of the car but i can't figure out how to take the sunroof out. thanks for your help.

Do you mean you have the entire sunroof and track assembly out, and you want to remove the panel? I'm not sure I understand your question exactly, because it sounds like you've done everything but the easy part, and that's normally the part you do first.

If so, you need to crank the sunroof back about a third of the way open. Take off the welting from around the sunroof panel, pull down on the front of the headliner upholstery attached to the panel, and then pull it forward. The upholstery panel should slide right out.

Once you've done that, there are 6 10mm (wrench size) nuts holding the sunroof to the track assembly.

Question

the reason im removing the panel is so i can make a plexiglass copy. of any one has any info on that please let me know. like if it works or how to adapt the bracket.
