ok so i bought my car a few months ago and pretty much didn't pay much attention to the sunroof but spring and summer is coming and i want to use it.

so recently i wanted to use it and all i can hear is the motor working. i dont know if the the sunroof went off its rail? or if the motor works. i can hear it rev and then kinda struggle.

please any ideas, sugesstion or how to fix it would be gladly taken thank you
