Found it. Removed some interior pieces and pulled down the head liner a bit and found them both.

One was completely clogged due to a sunflower seed..... I don't even like those X.X

On another not though,

Do the drain tubes connect at the bottom also or just at the top by the sunroof?

there are FOUR.
one in each corner.,
the front ones go to tubes that go on each windshield pillar.
The back ones are in the side panels and go through the car and to the ground.

Right but the rear ones only connect at the top of the tube and just hang inside the body?

Nope..Think about it.
You wouldn't want water sitting inside a crevice in the body of the car. That's asking for rust to develop and eat the car right out.
The tube goes through and lets water flow to the ground.,(hose is grommetted at the underside of the car)

Thats what i was curious about myself. The rears hang down into the vents that are under the hatch jam. So the water goes down the rear tube into a plastic box behind the vent. than the water comes out the vent and runs down the hatch jam into the rear hatch drain.

Ok. I was wondering cause my rear sunroof drain tubes are only about a foot and a half long.
