hey im almost done with hooking up my rpm switch, but im little confused, im wondering where the white wire goes, i think its a ground but im not sure. plz help me out i wanna get this done quick.

12v relay-6
vaccum line-?
wire-2

it says on the directions, yellow is open an provides a ground for a circuit upon reaching the selected rpm limit.
what does this mean?
i understand the gray hooks up to the relay an gives the singnal to the ap, but the yellow i have no idea...

i keep thinking about where the gray an yellow wire goes, an i kno the gray hooks up to the relay but would that mean that they both connect together(then connect to the relay) so they turn it on/off?
i think that would make sense. i just dont want to fry something.
