How do i know if my ports work correctly and does the stock 13b on the GXL have them someplease clear this up for me heh

yes a GXL has them..I have a 89-91 GXL. If u rev the engine up u might see them open althou the engine might need a load. They should open fully around 3800 rpms. If u open your hood u will see the two big round looking actuators or mushroom looking things on your very lower manifold. Thiers rods sticking out of it...U can also grab the rod thing and be able to move it up and down. Try with all your might...If u cant then your port or ports are stuck. Wich way they are stuck I dont know. Be sure to unstuck them or wire them open. U have to take the lower manifold off and clean everything inside. Good luck.
