I will get it painted as soon as I solve this horrible problem of mine. Help my boat is sinking......
Nope. You could measure the voltage at ECU pins 3F and 3H w/key to on and you should see 12 volts. If not then you have a wiring problem to the injector. If you get 12 volts on both then after that you could place a ground on each of the wires for a very, very brief amount of time and one of the injectors should click.

just an idea, are your 5th and 6th port inserts in the proper position? iirc then can be put in 180 degrees out and won't allow the needed airflow

I tried turning my crankshaft through the clutch fan bolts by inserting a screw driver, I was following FSM method of aligning the yellow paint marker on my timing but unfortunately I couldn't rotate the crankshaft, I tried to make the air pump belt tighter but I it's very limited. Same thing I did for the alternator belt, inserted a pry bar beneath it and couldn't do much either. My question is if you have a slipping belt will that prohibits you from achieving the above and beyond 3800 rpm? BTW I am missing one belt because I removed my AC. Thanks again and again to everybody.

The motor itself creates the rpm level as the various belts are used to borrow off the rotation of the motor to drive/rotate things like the alternator, water pump, air pump, A/C, clutch fan. So a slipping belt is not your problem.
