I have run into so many on this car. Now, however, I've been held up by a set of three. They are bolted right into the framing/body of the car. They do not have nuts on the other ends of them. What do I do? I need to get them out and get them replaced, so I can't just cut them off.

 

Exactly where are these bolts. Maybe measure and tell us how far from where.

 

They're on the dashboard, the ones between the wall and the dashboard.
