Stray current.

Well now my new alloy radiator is installed, ive been reading about this stray current issue with them. Has anyone incountered this issue with their fc after switching to an alloy rad and any tips on what i should do to stop it?

You started out with an alloy rad- the stocker is aluminum and plastic- so why would your new Koyo (or whatever) be any more prone to "stray current" than it was?

Besides, the engine itself is just about the worst case scenario- stacked iron and alloy plates- if this phenomenon is really an issue.

If the metal touched the chasis.

So, try rubber spacers?
