FL strangest clutch problem?? (O.S. Giken)

hey there fellow rotar-heads.
I have been having the craziest problem.
backround: 1990 s5 t2, O.S Gikenn twin plate clutch.
clutch assembly & flywheel came with jspec motor I bought 3 years ago.
swapped jspec motor, trans & clutch assembly into s5 gtu.
ran great clutch worked great drove it for 2 years (15000 miles).
anyway fastforward .
about 6 months ago I pulled motor & trans (seperated)
and it sat in my garage for a few months.
I then swapped this same motor, trans &clutch into a 81 rx7.
just got it running about a week ago.
now here is where my nervous breakdown is about to come in lol.
the clutch feels like it is not disengauging.
will not go into gear running.
when its not running i goes thru all the gears no problem.
all the hydralics are good 100%
clutch fork moves full range & holds no problem
chutch petal feels good
took the inspection cover off bell housing and had a friend hold clutch down.
I can clearly see the pressure plate spreading the clutch plates and doing its job correctly.
took a screw driver and moved the clutches back and forth withe the chutch depress. had about an 1/8" of space.
so the clutch is working.
Then I say to myself has to be the pilot bearing.
change the pilot bearing and throw out bearing.
greased everthing up well & checked the clutch & flywheel.
everything was good. also checked the pivot ball, clutch fork etc.
everything was good. put it all back together and the same damn thing.
this is driving me crazy
PLEASE HELP ANYBODY
I have remove tha damn transmission 6 times in the last 2 days.
checked everything over and over
can;t find anything wrong.
I do not see what is going on
anyone have any idea??
thank you
Chris

Any possibility that the master or slave cylinders need bleading?
