strange problem starting and idleing

i have a haltech e6k with a t4 h series turbo running 12 pounds tops......1600 secondary an 720 primary's on injectors ......the problem im having is the plugs are getting fouled after the first or second good run....i hade 10's then i went to 9's on the heat range of NGK plugs they still got fouled so i put the original 7 and nine combo back in and the car starts when you clutch kick it ...but from about 3500 and under it has a hesitation like it stutters bad till you get up higher to about four and boost starts to kickin around there but when you push the clutch in it dies again.....so it wont idle and it wont start with the starter ....any ideas would be greatly appreciated........i also just changed the alternator and battery

im confused? are the plugs getting fouled while you are driving? or after it sits for a while???

if it's after it has been sitting, then you probably have leaky injectors

if they are fouling while driving you need to remap your fuel map curve
