i guess this is as good a place to post as any. my intake is makin a strange noise when i let off. ive got a S4 TII in my fb, engine stripped of damn near everything, haltech ecu, hks bov, cone filter, no afm, 3" dp and exhaust. think thats all that is relevant.

car sounded perfectly normal , bov would flutter on vac, whoosh on boost, do all the things a happy car should do. at this time the air filter was strapped right on to the turbo. i didnt like it there so added a chunk of pipe an brought the filter further from the engine by about 12 inches. now i notice my BOV sounds kinda weak on vac, and at the same time there is a hollow sort of gurgling noise. a low bassy sort of suck noise, like someone triyin to suck the last drop out of a 5 gallon bucket with a garden hose. sounds like its comin from the intake or possibly the exhaust. anyone got a clue cuz dont. ill try to get a vid with a sound clip but camera phones suck *** for that.
