strange clutch problem

heres what i did.

i have a 1990 non turbo rx7 that i purchased and did a t2 swap on. i got a t2 transmission, and an appropriate slave cylinder. the clutch i got was an ACT extreme kit. complete kit. when i installed all of this, i also had a ss line from mazdatrix that i installed and worked fine with the stock unit.

now with everything in, i can press the clutch and it just seems that there isn't the appropriate amount of pressure, and the clutch doesn't disengage. the slave cylinder pushes the arm and whatnot, but its just not disengaging.

ive bled the thing twice and nothing.
